INTRODUCTION OF THE 6 MM (1/4”) P25 AND 10 MM (3/8”) P38 ADVANCED™ PLASTIC PUMPS 

Wilden is proud to announce availability of the new 6 mm (1/4” P25 and 10 mm (3/8”) P28 Advanced™ plastic pumps.  These two Advanced™ plastic pumps are available with the Pro-Flo® air distribution system (ADS) and are available in polypropylene or PVDF wetted components.  The Pro-Flo® ADS has demonstrated outstanding ON/OFF reliability, lube free operation, as well as resistance to freezing.  The Pro-Flo® ADS is made of polypropylene and well suited for applications where an entire plastic air system is required.

The P25 and P38 Advanced™ plastic pumps feature a bolted design, and one-piece inlet and discharge manifolds to ensure maximum product containment.  The inlet and discharge connections on the P25 and P38 Advanced™ plastic pumps are internally and externally threaded for installation flexibility.  This larger external threaded connection makes these units ideal for handling a wider range of viscosities.

The P25 and P38 Advanced™ plastic pumps offer a bolt-down “footprint” designed for easy installation into existing P.025 locations and Yamada® 6 mm (1/4”) locations.  An optional mounting adapter plate is available from Wilden for additional OEM footprints [6 mm (1/4”) ARO® & Blagdon®, as well as 10 mm (3/8”) Yamada® & Graco®].  This simplifies “drop-in” replacement in many OEM applications.
