D E F (ANHYDROUS UREA) DISPENSING EQUIPMENT 

American Controls, Inc. of Farmington Hills, Michigan has developed equipment systems to dispense Diesel Emission Fluid (anhydrous urea) both on the assembly line for vehicle manufacturers and for vehicle servicing locations where the fluid would be filled in conjunction with scheduled service.

Our assembly line equipment design incorporated dispensing of specific volumes of the fluid into the on-board tank of the vehicle and can be located in conjunction with our existing fuel fill equipment or as a separate operation at another location on the assembly line if determined to be more practical for function.



The vehicle servicing dispense equipment can be provided with several optional designs and configurations to include variations from simple manual dispensing through semi-automated filling processed dependant upon the specific application needs. The fluid can be pumped from drums, totes, or remotely located tanks as required for the specific application with variable volume fill to provide total flexibility for practical fluid handling.
